Eligibility for Refunds

- Insufficient Analysis: The AI cannot extract meaningful data from your documents (e.g., documents are illegible, corrupted, or in an unsupported format)
- Service Not Delivered: You paid for a report but did not receive access to your analysis within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 hours)
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with Results: You disagree with the analysis, risk score, or recommendation provided (our analysis is informational and not a guarantee of future HOA performance)
- Incomplete Document Upload: You did not provide sufficient HOA documents for analysis (e.g., only uploaded 1 page when a full resale packet is required)
- Change of Mind: You decided not to purchase the property or no longer need the analysis after receiving your report
- Subscription Cancellations: Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but previous months are not refundable
- Misuse of Service: You violated our Terms of Service (e.g., uploaded documents not related to HOA analysis, attempted to resell reports, or engaged in fraudulent activity)
How to Request a Refund

Subscription Refund Policy
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
